KER Hotel Self Check-In Kiosk is a flexible self-service terminal designed for hotels, serviced apartments, hostels, resorts and other hospitality properties.

The kiosk allows guests to complete the main check-in process independently, including reservation lookup, identity verification, guest information confirmation, payment and room key card collection.

Its integrated card dispensing system can automatically issue or encode hotel key cards after the check-in process is approved. By connecting with the hotel’s Property Management System and door lock platform, reservation information, room allocation and card permissions can be synchronized according to the project workflow.

A key advantage of this model is its detachable floor stand. The upper terminal can be used with the base as a floor-standing kiosk or installed independently on a reception counter. This modular structure provides greater flexibility for transportation, installation and future redeployment.
