KER 18.5-Inch Hotel Self Check-In Kiosk is a compact and modular guest service terminal designed for hotels, serviced apartments, hostels, capsule hotels, resorts and other accommodation properties.

The kiosk combines a portrait touchscreen with optional passport and ID verification, payment integration, receipt printing and automatic hotel key card dispensing and encoding.

Its detachable floor stand allows the upper service terminal to be used in two different installation formats. It can operate as a complete floor-standing kiosk in the hotel lobby or be removed from the base and installed directly on an existing reception counter.

Compared with larger 21.5-inch models, the 18.5-inch portrait design requires less installation space while still providing sufficient room for a clear multilingual check-in interface and essential hotel service modules.

The cabinet structure, room card module, identification devices, payment terminal and software workflow can be customized according to the hotel’s PMS and door-lock system.
