KER 18.5-Inch Landscape Countertop Hotel Check-In Kiosk is a compact guest service terminal designed for hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, hostels, capsule hotels and other accommodation properties.

The kiosk combines a wide horizontal touchscreen with optional reservation lookup, identity verification, payment processing, receipt printing and automatic hotel room key card dispensing and encoding.

Designed for countertop installation, the machine can be placed directly on an existing reception desk or guest service counter. It enables hotels to introduce self-service check-in without installing a large floor-standing cabinet or significantly changing the existing lobby layout.

Compared with a portrait-screen model, the landscape display provides more horizontal space for reservation details, room information, payment options and multilingual instructions. It is also suitable for split-screen layouts, remote assistance and promotional content.
